Processing times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)

  • Orders of 1.00 USD and up.

  • 0–5 lb: 4.90 USD shipping fee.

  • 5–70 lb: 19.90 USD shipping fee.

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)

  • 0–1 lb: 6.90 USD shipping fee.

  • 1–5 lb: 9.90 USD shipping fee.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries using discounted carrier rates:

  • DHL Express (discounted rates from Shopify) with calculated shipping rates and transit times at checkout.

  • USPS international services (discounted rates from Shopify), which may include:

    • First Class Package International

    • Priority Mail International

    • Priority Mail Express International

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected service, and package weight.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

  • Customs policies vary; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

Wrong address and delivery issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist in checking the shipment status.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

    • Check with household members and neighbors.

    • Verify the shipping address on your order.

    • Contact the carrier for more information.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and items so we can work on a solution.
