Return Policy

At OalCounter, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy, hassle-free returns.

Return window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • After 30 days, we may no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused or gently tested, not damaged through misuse).

  • The item should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and any included manuals where possible.
