Inventory Policy

At OalCounter, we work to keep product availability accurate and up to date so customers can shop with confidence. This Inventory Policy explains how we manage stock availability, low-stock items, out-of-stock products, and inventory-related order issues.

Stock availability

Product availability shown on our store reflects our latest inventory information. Because inventory can change quickly, especially during periods of high demand, an item may become unavailable even after it is added to your cart or purchased.

Inventory tracking

Backorders and pre-orders

When available, backorder or pre-order items will be clearly identified on the product page. Estimated shipping or restock timeframes for these items may vary and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Order issues caused by inventory

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase is placed, we may take one of the following actions:

Contact you to offer a replacement or alternative item.
Split the shipment and send available items first.
Delay shipment until the item is restocked.
Cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund for that item.

Inventory discrepancies

In rare situations, an inventory discrepancy may cause an item to appear available when it is not. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an update on the next steps, including replacement, delay, or refund options where applicable.

Product limits

To help maintain fair product availability, we may limit the quantity of certain items that can be purchased per order or per customer. These limits may be applied during promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand.

Reserved rights

We reserve the right to update product availability, limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct inventory-related errors at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel or adjust orders affected by pricing, listing, or stock errors.
